KUCERA has advised Situs (formerly Hatfield Philips) on the sale of the Union Center in Saarbrücken. The office complex, which is centrally located in Saarbrücken, comprises a total of eight buildings and has around 47,000 m² of rentable space. 65% of the Union Center is leased to Postbank and the Saarland Ministry of Finance.
