KUCERA advised Catella Real Estate AG on the purchase of the “Parkhaus Hauptbahnhof” in Kaiserslautern. Catella acquired this for its open-ended special fund “Catella Park Europa”, in which they cooperated with the Amsterdam investment manager Orange.
